Household

Your caregiver takes care of all the work that needs to be done in and around the house or apartment, such as tidying up and basic cleaning, washing the laundry and light gardening.

Nutrition

Your caregiver does all the shopping, cooks and, if necessary, helps with eating. The caregiver also takes care of your regular food and drink intake.

Personal hygiene

Support is given for all basic care tasks (washing, showering, bathing, dressing, oral hygiene...).

Mobility

Your caregiver provides support when walking, getting up, changing positions in bed, on walks outside together, on excursions, driving services, visiting the doctor and running errands.

Entertainment and contacts

One focus of the care is personal contact and cooperation between the caregiver and the person being cared for. Conversation, games and other joint activities are important. Of course, social contacts with the family and relatives of the person being cared for as well as friends and neighbors are also maintained.

Medical care

The only activities that our caregivers are not allowed to take on are medical care services such as treating wounds, administering injections and certain medications.

Our proven quality concept

1. On the basis of the questionnaire you have filled out and using our tried and tested needs analysis process, Liparus will suggest caregivers who are suitable for your needs.
2. Liparus conducts the negotiations with the caregivers and coordinates the deployment of the staff that is available to you according to your personal requirements.
3. During the entire care period, we are responsible for ensuring that you have a caregiver at your disposal with whom you are always completely satisfied. Since our caregivers change on a regular basis (approx. every three months), we take care in advance for the selection and arrival of a new substitute caregiver while your caregiver is on vacation for approx. two weeks.
4. All caregivers are legally employed in Croatia and social security contributions are paid by the employer.
5. During the entire care period, Liparus team will stay in touch with you by telephone or email, will advise you and help with any questions that may arise.
