Questionnaire
After an initial phone call, we ask you to fill out the questionnaire on our website about your personal situation and need for care.
Caregivers suggestions
Based on your information and needs, we will suggest two to three suitable caregivers. If necessary, we can make you further personnel suggestions. You can also call the caregivers and talk to them.
Decision
Once you have chosen a caregiver, you conclude the service contract with us.
Contract
After signing the service contract, it will take another 3-7 days for your caregiver to arrive.
Caregivers
After about 3 months, the caregiver is usually substituted during his/her vacation. Other arrangements are of course possible. If you are not satisfied with a caregiver, the person will be replaced free of charge at short notice. The caregivers are predominantly female (90%). For questions, requests, problems and all other matters, we are your contact throughout the care period.
